Small Groups

School Groups (grades K-12) • Homeschool Families • Nursing Homes

• Scouts • Day Cares/Preschools • Camps • Youth Services

Wild Workshops are lessons offered here at our center.
Group requirements: minimum of 5 students/children and the maximum is 30 total participants.
We offer a variety of lesson topics that follow NGSS and can be adapted to any age level.

In lieu of a workshop, we can run a program to allow Scouts to gain certain Merit Badges.

Pricing:
Flat rate
- $18/Student

              $5/Adult
              Free for teachers/aids


30-minute program
   
-Available Monday through Friday at 10:00am
(Arrival time is 9:45am)
   -Weekend availability available upon request
    -Includes 3-5 animals for everyone to see up-close and touch
    -Taught in our Classroom for a private experience
    -Afterwards, participants are encouraged to tour the rest of our center/outdoor areas

Schedule:
9:45am           Group Arrives
                         -Educator will greet you at the front desk
                         -Educator will gather liability & photo release forms
10:00am         Program begins in the Classroom
10:30am         Program ends
                         -Participants are allowed to roam the center/outdoor areas
                         
(no children are allowed in the gift shop unless supervised by an adult)
                         -Educator requests Teacher fill out Program Survey

Large Groups

School Groups  (grades K-12) • Homeschool Families • Nursing Homes

Field Trips are offered here at our center for a single class, or two classes, of students.
We offer a variety of lesson topics that follow NGSS.

Requirements: minimum of 15 students/children and the maximum is 40 total participants per Covid.


Pricing:

Student Admission + Program Cost - $22

Adult Admission (Chaperones/Aids/etc.) - $5

Teachers/Aids - FREE

Options:
One 60-minute program - Grades K-12
 
  -Available Monday-Friday 10:00am-12:30pm, arrival time 9:45am

    -Teachers/chaperones on a 1:10 ratio minimum, is required.
    -Includes 3-5 animals for everyone to see up-close and touch
    -Taught in our Classroom for a private experience
    -Afterwards, groups are encouraged to tour the rest of our center

Two 30-minute programs - PreK & Grades K-4 only

    -Available Monday-Friday 10:00am-12:30pm, arrival time 9:45am

    -Teachers/chaperones on a 1:10 ratio minimum, is required.   

    -Includes 3-5 animals for everyone to see up-close and touch   

    -Programs taught back-to-back in our Classroom for a private experience   

    -Afterwards, groups are encouraged to tour the rest of our center

School Loyalty Reward

Every third time a group from your school visits, the total price will be reduced by $44.
The discount will be awarded by school, not by grade, program, or teacher and expires at the end of the school year.

























 

Field Trip Schedule (For one class of students):

9:45am           Students and Teachers/Chaperones Arrive
                         -Educator will greet the bus
                         -Educator will gather liability & photo release forms
10:00am         Program begins in the Classroom
11:00am         Program ends
                         -Participants are allowed to roam the center/outdoor areas
                            
(no children are allowed in the gift shop unless supervised by an adult)
                         -Educator requests Teacher fill out Program Survey
12:00pm         Lunch in the Classroom (not provided)
12:30pm         Board the Bus and Head Out
