Our Animal Care department is accepting applications now!

Summer interns will work alongside zookeepers learning all

aspects of animal care including diet prep, feeding, cleaning,

enrichment, and animal training. Interns will also learn to make

scientific observations, collect baseline data, and conduct a

small enrichment study of their own.

• Interns must be at least 18+ for Animal Care.

• Internship is unpaid, but may count towards credit hours based on your college.

*This internship is two full days a week from May through August. The deadline for application submissions is April 1st, and we will begin interviews in April.
