FEED the TORTOISES & PRIVATE TOUR
This unique Reptile Experience allows you to get up close and personal with our African Spurred & Aldabra Tortoises. You'll interact with these gentle giants, as they eat right from your hand. After feeding the tortoises, you'll get a guided tour of our center. You’ll also have the chance to meet other reptiles and amphibians that call Riverside Reptiles home.

Age restrictions – must be at least 4 years old to participate

Any child ages 4-11 must be accompanied by paying adult while feeding the tortoises.

Times are available on a first come, first serve basis and payment is expected in full prior to your feeding. We will contact you within 48-72 hours of your purchase to let you know about our availability. We do not hold dates prior to payment.
*Participants will be required to a sign liability waiver and a Letter of Agreement before scheduled experience. RREC staff reserves the right to end the experience if the participant does not adhere to the rules, endangers themselves or others, or displays inappropriate behavior.

ZOOKEEPER ADVENTURE!
Have you always wondered what it was like to be a zookeeper? This Reptile Experience will give you a glimpse into a day in the life! Join our staff for the morning and you’ll learn about diet, handling techniques, enrichment, and much more! Your adventure includes cleaning, feeding, and interacting with some of our animals. Still think you have what it takes to be a zookeeper at Riverside Reptiles Education Center? There's only one way to find out.

One parent or guardian will be required to accompany participants under 18 years old (at no additional charge).

RETICULATED PYTHON ENCOUNTER!
Get up close and personal with one of our Reticulated Pythons, Kaa or her boyfriend Tarzan. She almost 14 feet long, and he is 13-feet long. They both love to explore and slither around! During this encounter, you will get to socialize with and touch Kaa or Tarzan, talk with an experienced animal handler all about them and their care here. You are encouraged to take as many photos as you’d like!
